Honored to have learned these recipes directly from the people in various regions of the country, their menu tells the story of Thai culinary traditions through flavors, ingredients, and heartfelt dishes.

One of their new standout additions is the Tom Yum Hang Sen Yai, a flavorful stir-fry made with wide rice noodles, squid, tomatoes, mushrooms, and a tangy tom yum sauce balanced with lime. For something bold and refreshing, try their new Hoi Shae Nam Pla—a scallop crudo served in lime, chili, and fish sauce. The dish delivers the perfect combination of spice and zest, sure to awaken your palate.
